Intervention Worker.

Hours Full-time (37.5 per week)
Full Time Salary £26,502.53 - £27,861.26
dependent on experience (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time)
The Role
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting service users in accessing treatment through personalised triage assessments.
- Delivering brief and psychosocial interventions, whether individually or in groups, for those using alcohol and non-opiate substances.
- Documenting interventions accurately and promptly to ensure a seamless treatment process.
- Promoting involvement from carers, service users, and the community to create a collaborative support network.
- Supporting social reintegration and recovery, promoting resilience and self-determination.
- Facilitating access to mutual aid and supporting interventions for overall wellbeing.
About You
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who
- Has a solid understanding of substance misuse issues and has experience in this or a related field
- Commitment to collaborative working and building partnerships.
- Strong time management and initiative-taking abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and fostering effective relationships.
- Dedication to embracing and promoting our values and vision.
