We have an exciting opportunity for an Intranet Manager to join our global Technology Department, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.
Technology Team - Belfast
The core of the global technology department's mission is to provide stable, reliable, and secure platforms and services to our partners, staff and clients and fulfil our regulatory obligations across 30+ countries. To ensure that a consistent and standardised IT service is delivered to all offices, IT is managed and led as a global function, enabling all offices to benefit from complete systems integration and economies of scale. We have around 400 technologists based predominantly in the UK, Singapore and increasingly in the US.
What you will do
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced intranet, portal or website manager to lead the evolution of the A&O Shearman intranet. Reporting to the Head of Knowledge Technology Platforms, you'll shape the strategy, development and day‑to‑day management of a global platform at the heart of the firm's digital ecosystem. You'll chair the senior‑level Intranet Governance Group, drive capability roadmaps, and oversee content and digital communications delivery. Working closely with global stakeholders and our internal communications team, you'll also lead a virtual team of IT specialists and manage third‑party partners. This role is central to our digital transformation, ensuring the intranet aligns with firmwide strategic goals and delivers a modern, engaging user experience.
