About the role:
As a member of the JCB Supply Chain Team, , you'll be responsible for producing and updating a variety of reports and dashboards. You’ll work closely with the Head of Strategic Inventory to develop and execute best-in-class processes that underpin JCB’s commitment to industry-leading availability and customer support. A core part of your responsibility will be compiling and delivering key management information to track the performance of our Global Distribution Centres against defined KPIs, including maintaining data inputs for the WPC Availability Centre.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Delivering in-depth data analysis independently or with support
- Producing scheduled reports to a high standard and on time
- Maintaining and updating existing reports with accuracy
- Extracting and interpreting data from SAP, Syncron, and JDS
- Executing inventory and forecast processes within Syncron
- Utilising Business Warehouse to retrieve and summarise performance data
- Supporting the transition of suppliers from WPC to EDC as planned
- Responding to bespoke data and reporting requests efficiently
- Collaborating with the Head of Strategic Inventory to assess and implement warehouse changes to improve availability and mitigate risks
This role will suit you if:
- You have hands-on experience with SAP
- You possess advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros
- You have previous experience working within Syncron
- You’re data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to make an impact
