Role Purpose and Responsibilities
As an Investigation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining public confidence in the regulatory process by conducting fair, timely and robust investigations. Reporting into the Regulatory Investigation Manager, you’ll analyse detailed information, gather and evaluate evidence, and manage cases end-to-end to ensure they meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams, members, regulated firms, and other stakeholders, managing investigations transparently and accountably in line with RICS Professional Standards, Rules of Conduct and Bye-Laws. Through excellent case management, careful decision-making and high-quality customer service, you will contribute to the integrity and credibility of the profession.
