Salary: £48,000 - £59,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London (currently a minimum of 6 days per month in the office)
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 8.00 to 6.00, Monday to Friday
The Role
As an Investigations Lawyer you will own a small caseload of complex investigations. Provide legal advice and support at all stages allowing staff to actively investigate matters of regulatory concern.
To act as an advocate representing the GPhC before short fitness to practise hearings including interim order applications or review hearings
You must be a self-starter able to make autonomous, robust, proportionate, and evidence-based decisions. You will be expected to lead as a technical expert in investigation, playing a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of care for people using pharmacy services.
