Investigations Manager - Tax and Accounting

JSS are hiring for a Tax and Accounting Investigations Manager for a leading membership body for tax and accounting professionals.

This is a fully remote working role paying circa £45k-£50k plus benefits package.

The responsibility of the Investigations Manager is to handle a caseload of complaints & disputes involving members of the organisation; The Manager will investigate the facts of each case and come to a conclusion whether there was any breach of relevant guidelines or codes of conduct, and will recommend follow-up action where appropriate.

The company is looking for someone with a background in taxation or regulatory law. Broad experience across different areas of tax would be beneficial (i.e. corporate tax, personal tax etc) given the variety of different cases.

No experience in a prior investigations role is needed; Knowledge of accounting & tax professional conducts and guidelines is beneficial, but is also not mandatory.
