With continued growth in the London office, they are seeking a an Investment Associate/Senior Associate to join the investment team. Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role across deal execution: analysis, diligence, investment materials, and negotiations
- Contribute to origination, including market mapping and pipeline development
- Partner with portfolio companies on strategic and operational value creation initiatives
- Support exit planning and execution
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years’ experience in Private Equity, with prior experience in top-tier Investment Banking/Consulting with strong PE exposure
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong execution track record and exposure to portfolio initiatives
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to take ownership of workstreams
