Investment Banking Associate

Pearse Partners has partnered with a leading TMT boutique looking to expand their M&A team with an Associate 2 hire. The team has strong deal flow and are looking to expand due to pipeline. The ideal candidate will have minimum 4+ years of M&A deal experience from another leading IB. They are open with sector background but looking for someone wanting to specialise in TMT.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the TMT sector
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

• Minimum 4+ years working in an Investment Banking environment
• M&A full deal lifecycle experience
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
