The event:

Citi, in collaboration with Citi Pride - their inclusive support network - are hosting an Open Day for undergraduate students in their penultimate or final year of university.

Hear from people who have grown their careers at Citi including speakers from Citi Pride to tell you about their journey, being ‘out’ at work and what’s it like to identify as LGBTQIA+ in a corporate space. Gain insight into Citi internships and grad roles, as well as tips for how to write a successful application. Participate in workshops to get an idea of the day-to-day at Citi, plus the chance to explore your career with the company in a Q&A session and learn what support the Pride Network provides.

What is the Citi Pride network?

The Pride network provides support to all employees, LGBTQIA+ employees and Allies, celebrating the variety of experiences and perspectives of Citi’s global colleague base and creating opportunities for allyship and community. The Pride network partners with Talent Management and external professional organisations in addition to the global Citi Affinity networks to foster professional development, education and career success for Citi’s LGBTQIA+ employees and Allies.

Who can attend:

• You must be going into your penultimate or final year of an undergraduate degree (graduating in 2026 or 2027)
• You can be studying any degree but must have an interest in attending Citi’s Open Day.
• You must be able to attend Citi’s in-person Open Day at their Canary Wharf Office on the 08/09/25.

The application process:
