Investment Manager/Associate Director – Solar & Battery Storage Investments

With a proven track record of deploying capital into high-quality renewable assets, this fund is committed to driving the energy transition across Europe, executing around 10 transactions annually.

This opportunity offers significant responsibility in the origination, structuring, and execution of deals within the solar and storage markets. The role provides direct exposure to senior leadership, with scope to shape investment strategy and play a pivotal role in high-profile transactions.

THE ROLE:

• Take the lead on deal origination, identifying and assessing investment opportunities across the solar and battery storage landscape.
• Drive transaction execution, overseeing due diligence, financial structuring, and negotiation, leading on several workstreams.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring best-in-class analysis and deal support.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties to deliver transactions from origination through to completion.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven background in Solar / Battery storage investments.
• Strong track record of leading transaction workstreams.
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and execution skills, with the ability to structure and negotiate deals.
• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, with experience managing internal teams and external advisors.
• A genuine passion for the renewables and energy transition space, with ambition to grow within a market-leading investor.
