Investment Manager - PERE (10+ years exp)

Pearse Partners have been mandated by a Global Real estate investor, looking to secure their next London based Investment professional.

The team have offices in Asia, the US and Europe. The Europe team are focused on the UK, Western Europe and are expanding into Southern European markets with a continuous focus on directs, JVs and some FOFs within the core/core+ sectors. Recent deals include, Sea-front housing, industrial offices, social housing offices and more.

As a key member of the real estate team the role will contribute mainly to 1) asset management of existing investments across various sectors in Europe incl. UK 2) new acquisitions across Europe incl. UK. The candidate must possess the highest level of integrity, strong analytic, management skills and be prepared to work in dynamic and intellectually challenging institutional investment environment.

• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience working in the real estate sector with a reputable organisation, preferably in an institutional fiduciary environment
• Position requires the highest level of integrity, professionalism and discretion
• Strong understanding of real estate markets value and risk drivers
• Demonstrated management experiences, with track records in transaction management and asset management
• Curious, organized, detail-oriented, patient, accurate, effective problem-solving abilities, exceptionally strong communication skills
• Self-driven, resilient, collaborative, constructive, strong self-awareness and fast in learning & self-improvement
• A Second European language would be a distinct advantage.
