About The Role
To support the strategic development and effective delivery of communications marketing initiatives across Progeny Asset Management (PAM). This role is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality client-facing materials, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistency and compliance across all communications. Collaborating closely with internal teams and staying ahead of industry developments, the role helps to enhance brand presence and support planner engagement.
This role can be based out of either our Leeds or London office on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and lead the execution of the communications plan and campaigns.
- Prepare technical investment literature and marketing materials to deliver consistent messaging across all PAM solutions.
- Administrative duties including distribution of information, upload of documents etc.
- Monitor and update client-facing materials, ensuring all marketing literature is current and up to date.
- Review and keep the website up to date.
- Work with the investment relations manager to support on any Planners events and communications.
- Work closely with the group marketing department and the campaigns team
- Creating a Factsheet and other regulatory marketing materials.
- Keeping up to date with industry changes and up-and-coming developments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Educated to degree standard (desirable).
- Experience gained within marketing and communications in investment management (essential).
- Understanding of Consumer Duty obligations and the impact on client outcomes.
- Good working knowledge of the industry, particularly fund management and DFM.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to write effective communications
- Ability to work to deadlines and excellent time management.
- Flexible attitude to work.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
