Investment Professional, Mid-Market Private Equity (Spanish Speaker)

THE SEARCH:

Drax Altus are exclusively partnered with an international, mid-market focused private equity firm to appoint a Spanish-speaking Investment Professional for their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team where you can add significant value with your language skills whilst maintaining a broader international scope.

The role offers meaningful exposure to deal origination and execution, as well as portfolio strategy and value creation. The fund largely focus on Industrials and B2B Services.

THE ROLE:

The role includes but is not limited to the following:

• Assist in financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
• Develop investment theses and contribute to all aspects of the deal process.
• Conduct sector research and competitive analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
• Contribute to investment pipeline development and idea generation.
• Collaborate directly with senior team members on capital deployment and investment strategy.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Experience: 1-4 years in investment banking or private equity, ideally with exposure to industrials and services.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct rigorous financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong judgement in assessing opportunities, business models, and value drivers.
• Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Execution: A hands-on, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
