About The Role

Department: Quilter Investors, Investment Risk

As an Investment Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key investment risk analysis and risk and performance reporting systems. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement within the risk reporting function and driving these improvements through to completion, managing projects from start to finish.
As a collaborator, you will work closely with the team to deliver investment risk management information for committees, forums, and regulatory reports. You will also create enhanced quantitative risk solutions and tools for the risk and investment functions.
About You
To be successful in this role you:
- Will be an experienced Investment Risk Analyst ideally within Investment Management, Consultancy, or Investment Banking.
- Have experience and knowledge of performance reporting.
- Your natural flair for innovation will enable you to creatively collaborate with the team to find solutions.
- You will have a strong technical understanding of investment risk including knowledge of asset classes, risk methodologies, risk sensitivities and key market trends.
- You will have prior experience of working with VAR, stress testing, scenarios analysis, liquidity, and factor risk decomposition and have strong quantitative and programming skills with proficiency in Excel VBA,
- Knowledge of FactSet, SQL and experience of using large data sets is highly desirable.
