About the Role:

We are seeking an Investment Specialist to join our CIO Office team. In this role, you will act as a trusted expert on our investment solutions, providing deep technical knowledge and clear insights to colleagues, clients, and partners. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales team to promote solutions, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to product expert in client presentations, offering clear and confident insights.
Monitor market developments and share timely updates with colleagues.
Provide training and ongoing support to Sales teams on investment solutions and markets.
Contribute to internal investment meetings with market views and client feedback.
Influence product development by capturing client needs and market trends.
Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and CIO Office to ensure materials are accurate and accessible.

Handle client communications and documentation with care and precision.

Partner with Investment Operations to resolve client enquiries effectively.

Represent the firm at industry events, building networks and uncovering opportunities.

Support Sales in regional and national events, presenting solutions to IFA firms.

Liaise with risk rating agencies to facilitate product ratings.

Assist in preparing investment proposals and schemes.

Strengthen collaboration with our financial planning department to maximise engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience working with financial advisers and/or networks, with an understanding of their business needs.
Proven success in supporting Sales teams to win pitches and generate opportunities.
Strong knowledge of multi-asset solutions and the competitive investment landscape.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.

Knowledge of investment products, platforms, and tax wrappers.

Ability to interpret market trends and competitor positioning.

Strong influencing skills to engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
