We're Hiring: Analyst – Investor Relations (DACH Region) | London-based | German-speaking
Are you passionate about private markets and building strong client relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Investor Relations team, supporting our Relationship Managers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland).
In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and enhancing relationships with existing investors while supporting new business development. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the firm to deliver high-quality data, insights, and materials that drive client engagement and satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Support day-to-day relationship management and prospecting activities in the DACH region
- Prepare client materials including presentations, performance data, and due diligence documents
- Manage CRM records and coordinate investor onboarding, including KYC/AML processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (investment, legal, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
- Assist with RFPs and contribute to firm-wide projects that enhance our processes and client experience
- Communicate with investors via email, phone, and—after training—attend select meetings
What we’re looking for:
- Native-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for private markets
- Some prior work experience in an IR environment would be a significant advantage
- Experience or knowledge of asset management and private markets essential
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Degree-level education is essential
