As our Investor Relations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in Cadent’s Investor Relations function, acting as the key interface between the business and our private equity investors. Working closely with the Head of Investor Relations, you’ll manage the corporate financial model, support valuation analysis, and lead communication with representatives from our consortia of investors.
This is a high-profile role requiring a blend of corporate finance expertise, regulatory understanding, and exceptional communication skills. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across treasury, ESG, tax, regulation, and communications to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely financial messaging that supports investor confidence and strategic alignment.
Please note that this is a FTC opportunity until March 2026.
Why you'll love this role:
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and investor engagement.
You’re a qualified finance professional with strong modelling skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
Experience in all these areas is not essential but candidates should have relevant transferable skills and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.
Please note that this position will close on Tuesday 22nd July, with interviews to commence from Monday 4th August.
