The Challenge:

As an Invoicing Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices for vehicle repairs, parts, and service transactions, ensuring all details are accurate and comply with dealership policies.
  • Carrying out regular WIP checks to ensure all completed jobs are invoiced promptly and nothing is left unbilled.
  • Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries regarding invoice issues, providing clear and professional explanations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless invoicing processes.
  • Invoice Queries: Handle and resolve internal and external queries regarding invoicing promptly and professionally, liaising with relevant departments to investigate and rectify issues.
  • Warranty and Contract invoicing: Process and review warranty and contract claims. Managing warranty and contract claim rejections, ensuring timely resubmission or escalation as required.
  • Warranty Assistance: Support the Warranty and Contracts Manager with queries and documentation while adhering to warranty and contract procedures.


What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll be talking to customers regularly, so being friendly, approachable, and clear is key.
  • Attention to Detail: You’ll be handling important invoices and customer data, so accuracy is vital.
  • Computer Skills: A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and solid computer literacy skills.
  • Team Player: RH Commercial Vehicles thrives on collaboration. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience in Invoicing: Previous experience in a similar role, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
