DWF are hiring for an Invoicing Process Support role to join the Finance Operations Team. Your role will be on a hybrid basis in the Manchester office, with a requirement to be in the office 2 days a week.
The Team works across insurance, commercial and e-billing. This role offers exposure to various finance functions such as Credit Control, Cashiering, Accounts Payable, and Transformation. As we undergo significant change to enhance our service delivery, we seek an adaptable team member who can seamlessly transition between roles and drive innovation.
This role is key to supporting the Invoicing Improvement team to meet high standards of Invoicing & improvements across the firm. The successful candidates will work closely with the Invoicing Improvement Team Leader & team in supporting them to achieve monthly Invoicing targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining strong process governance & accuracy of on-boarding matter & client data NBI, Payors, & Matter Maintenance
- Management of the Matter Maintenance & Query mailbox management
- Liaising with business users to educate them on the Payor process
- To maintain strong process governance and accuracy of the onboarding process
- To provide an appropriate challenge in respect of incorrect and poor-quality data that will impact the Invoicing process and ongoing WIP management
- Control & correction of incorrect matter and client data to understand root cause and how to mitigate
- Working closely with the Invoicing Improvement Leads to identify trends and drive change
- Identify billing issues relating to poor onboarding & data and highlight them to the appropriate channel (e.g. Data Governance team/FRU/Rates team)
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Previous experience within an admin role or similar
- A confident user of Microsoft Excel to intermediary level
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment to successfully manage multiple tasks & priorities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines
- Detail-oriented approach with significant emphasis on achieving a high-quality of work
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Ability to investigate and suggest solutions.
