Your Role

Capgemini is seeking an iOS Developer to join Capgemini Financial Services Digital Practice. This is a permanent, full-time position in Sheffield, UK and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Digital Consulting career

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in applications.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to iOS development.

Your Profile

• Experience in working in an agile and DevOps environment.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C with understanding of iOS framework and libraries.
• Experience in iOS development tools such as Xcod, CocoaPods, and Git.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design pattern and best practices.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, JSON, network framework and third party library integration.
• Experience in handling performance optimisation, memory management and app security.
• Good to have knowledge about testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development life cycle.
• Hand on experience on Version Control Systems & collaborative development tool.
