iOS Technical Lead - £100,000 – Hybrid – Impact Opportunity

I am looking for an iOS Technical Lead to join a leader in the lottery sector. This role will be hands-on, with the expectation to take lead on architectural decisions, framework migrations and general technical direction. Working closely with the Head of Engineering, this role provides an opportunity to leave a significant mark on the codebase and overall user experience of the application.

You will be leading code review, mentoring more junior engineers and collaborating with both product and project managers to set sprints and project timelines. The existing code base is made up of Swift & Objective-C, with the intention to upgrade to modern frameworks and architecture using your knowledge/previous migration experience. This role will not include direct reports, so if you are Senior Engineer who has been taking technical lead, I am keen to hear from you.

This role can offer up to £100,000 per annum and requires 2-3 days per-week onsite in Watford (20mins journey from Euston). The process will be a standard 3-stage process (Intro, Technical, Cultural) and my client is keen to speak with engineers immediately.
