🌟 About the Role

As an Investor Relations Analyst, you’ll support Relationship Managers and Associates in maintaining and growing investor relationships. You’ll coordinate presentations, analyze performance data, manage investor onboarding, and contribute to strategic projects that enhance our client experience.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day investor relationship management and prospecting activities
• Prepare client materials: presentations, forecasts, due diligence documents, and more
• Manage investor onboarding and closing processes, including KYC/AML coordination
• Assist with RFPs by gathering and preparing data
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to firm-wide projects that improve processes and client service

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of private markets and asset management
• Some previous Investor Relations experience (multiple internships or in Graduate/entry level IR role)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Degree-level education is essential
