The Role
The Issuer Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in developing and delivering Ant’s issuer relationship management. This role involves executing strategy, solution enablement, performance tracking, and executive relationship with global issuer and scheme partners. Your goal is to ensure our partnerships with issuer & card schemes is world-class and measurable from payment performance. This role will directly report to the Head of Financial Institution Partnership (ASIA & MEA).
What You'll Do
- Drive Ant International - Antom’s Issuer engagement programme.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Issuer partnerships from strategy, enablement/implementation and performance tracking.
- Effectively impact Ant International - Antom customers by working with Issuer, internal product, payment ops team to deliver top notch & optimized payment services and measurable via payment success ratio, minimized dispute/chargeback and access into market specific data & insights.
- Card authorisation optimisation opportunities for merchants and Investigate/resolve soft declines and other payments performance discrepancies.
- Harness a strong executive network for building thought leadership in payments, develop and strengthen existing and prospective merchants and partners awareness of Ant International - Antom capabilities and focus on payment optimisation to drive more business growth.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience working with Issuer, card scheme and payment network within EMEA/US/APAC region.
- Executive relationships with Issuer & card schemes would be a plus.
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills and easily adaptable in fast paced work environment.
- You are fascinated with the global financial ecosystem, actionable insight payment optimization approach adoption for globalization of enterprises.
- You are an exceptional communicator and can connect with people at all levels, internally and with external stakeholders.
- You exhibit a strong product instinct and can identify opportunities to strategize and leverage partners’ and Ant International existing and future products.
- You have strong negotiation skills and can hustle to make multiple complex deals work parallel across regions.
