We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded
IT & Digital Contract Support Partner to join our forward-thinking IT & Digital Transformation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we work with our technology partners and suppliers to deliver outstanding digital services for our community.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing vendor relationships and ensuring our IT contracts deliver real value:
- Managing and optimising relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.
- Leading on contract negotiations, compliance and performance monitoring.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align procurement strategies with digital goals.
- Driving value through effective sourcing, contract management and supplier performance.
- Keeping our application portfolio up to date and ensuring all vendor documentation is in place.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong commercial mindset and a collaborative approach who can bring the following:
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in IT contract management, ideally within the public sector.
- A solid understanding of procurement regulations and contract law.
- Commercially savvy with a keen eye for risk, performance and continuous improvement.
- A collaborative team player who can work across departments to deliver results.
