🧩 What you’ll be doing:

As our IT and Digital Trainer, you’ll be the go-to expert supporting the design, development, and optimisation of our IT and Digital training packages. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to:

• Design and deliver tailored IT and digital training for all levels – from beginners to advanced users.
• Create engaging learning materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Run interactive sessions in-person, online and via blended learning formats.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the council to identify training needs and develop impactful solutions.
• Champion digital adoption and helping teams get the most out of tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.

We’re after someone who’s not just technically skilled, but also a great communicator and collaborator. We are looking for:

• A confident communicator with a knack for making complex tech simple.
• Proven experience in delivering IT and digital training in a corporate or public sector setting.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools, systems and e-learning platforms.
• A creative approach to training design and delivery, with a focus on user experience.
• A team player who’s organised, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement
