IT Audit Analyst - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Location: Remote (office location in London) with regular travel across Europe
Salary: £40-45,000 + private healthcare, dental, and pension
Contract type: Permanent

We're working with AtlasEdge, one of the fastest-growing data centre providers in Europe, as they expand their Governance, Risk & Compliance team. This role offers broad exposure across audit, risk, and compliance, supporting internal and external assurance activities in a highly operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support internal and external audit activity across multiple European sites

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISAE 3402)

• Track and maintain the business risk profile and follow up on audit findings

• Coordinate with site managers and technical teams to deliver audit workplans

• Assist with regulatory audits, client audits, and sustainability/compliance-related assessments

• Coach colleagues across the business to ensure audit readiness and evidence collection

• Contribute to developing internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in audit, risk, or compliance within a technical, security, or IT environment

• Exposure to ISO standards (27001 essential, others beneficial)

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams

• A proactive, detail-driven individual who takes ownership and communicates clearly

• Willingness to travel regularly across European sites

• No formal audit qualifications required - attitude, potential, and accountability are key
