As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Business Engagement Lead for Quality and Regulatory to join our Global IT Team to partner with our Global and Regional functions, build strategic business engagement, truly understand the aims, objectives and desired outcomes, and translate these objectives into technology and digital solutions working closely with the IT delivery teams.
You will be responsible for identifying the business needs, ensuring that the solution addresses the business needs and is accepted by the business teams. You will be able to influence your peers in the relevant function for business process related changes and will have strong stakeholder management skills with ability to efficiently communicate at peer and senior levels.

- Degree qualified preferably in a Regulatory and/or Quality related field or a Computer Sciences degree
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows supporting these processes
- In-depth product data process knowledge coupled with a good understanding of technology solutions supporting Regulatory and/or Quality processes
- Significant experience in transformation projects and programmes – experience with PIM or DAM systems would be desirable
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and practices
- Comprehensive understanding of Regulatory and/or Quality regulations
- Essential skills in include teamwork, planning (1-3 yr horizon) and excellent communication skills
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are required
What You’ll Be Doing

- As a key member of the Global IT Applications Team partner with the Global and Regional Quality and Regulatory to understand their needs
- Identify business improvements by translating the business requirements into technology and digital solutions
- Working closely with the functional delivery teams (internal and external) design viable technology solutions
- Recommend business process changes working collaboratively with the Quality and Regulatory
- Support the delivery of the technology solutions by solving design and/or business process problems
- Building strategic business engagement, advocate for business transformation and drive change
- Assist the business through their change journey by supporting different aspects of the delivery process incl. training, data collection and cleansing
- Collaborating with the business stakeholders and technology teams
