The Opportunity:

The Change Manager is responsible for managing the daily lifecycle of changes, ensuring their timely and effective implementation with minimal disruption to services.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Have a sound understanding of the ITIL framework and practical experience in operating ITIL-aligned change enablement processes.
  • Champion for the change enablement practice.
  • Ensure accurate records of changes throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ensure change quality, including accurate impact and risk assessments.

This is a full-time opportunity on an initial 12 month fixed term basis.

The role will ideally have a hybrid working arrangement, with either our Glasgow or London office as the base. However, a remote working arrangement may be considered with occasional travel to office.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in the Change Enablement practice, 3+ years preferred.
  • Certified in ITIL 4 Foundation (required).
  • Certified in ITIL 4 Change Enablement (preferred).
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident in constructively challenging the status quo and influencing stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
