Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Northampton for an IT Infrastructure Apprentice. The IT Infrastructure Apprentice will be responsible for supporting network administration, providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring network security. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining hardware and software, assisting with network configurations, monitoring system performance, and implementing security measures.

- Background in Information Technology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or coursework in IT or related field is beneficial
