An elite US firm is seeking a talented associate with 1 to 4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its leading London-based IP Technology and Commercial Transactions team.
The Role
You will work on high-profile, cross-border matters involving cutting-edge technologies, data regulation, and complex commercial arrangements. The role includes involvement in large-scale M&A transactions, IP and software licensing, AI regulation, and data privacy matters. You will also supervise trainees and have the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a strategically important practice.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- 1 to 4 years’ PQE from a top-tier firm (Magic Circle, Silver Circle, elite US firm, or leading boutique).
- Experience in transactional IP and technology matters, including IP licensing and commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies, including AI-related advisory and regulatory matters.
- Solid knowledge of data protection laws including UK GDPR and DPA.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
