At Ormiston Academies Trust, we are looking for a highly adaptable IT Manager with strong communication skills to manage several of our sites in west London. The role will be primarily based at Ormiston Kensington Queensmill Academy but it is vital that the successful candidate is able and willing to travel across all of our London sites. This role will be instrumental in the management of cloud-first projects, providing technical direction, support and guidance to technicians and staff, as well as working closely with senior staff at each site to align technology to their ambitions for delivering excellent education to their community of families, carers, and young people.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
- Experienced in managing IT networks, servers, and cloud technologies (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP/DNS).
- Skilled in managing Wi-Fi technologies, structured cabling, and network security.
- Proficient in using Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Confident in leading projects and delivering improvements across multiple sites.
- A strong communicator, able to build effective relationships with staff, pupils, and external partners.
- Experienced in leading and motivating IT teams.
- Knowledgeable in GDPR, cyber security, and safeguarding in education.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
