Our IT Operating Model and Strategy team works accross our key industry sectors and clients, bringing a business led focus on:
- Helping and delivering transformative technology operating models that drive business value and unlock innovation across industries
- Helping our clients reimagine the structure, capabilities, and performance of their technology organisations—leveraging the latest advancements in Cloud, GenAI, and agile delivery to build the future of IT, working hand in hand with our Enterprise Architects that solution their future IT landscapes
- Fostering innovation and leading the growth of our technology & architectural capabilities by implementing advanced strategies that drive exceptional business outcomes.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Working with our Sector and Technology teams you will be assessing existing operating models, designing with our clients their future operating model and the paths to get there
- Shaping IT visions, strategies, and roadmaps hand in hand with our Enterprise architects to build a technology solution, team and operating model to foster invvoation and growth.
- Mentoring and guiding the teams under you to build our next generation of architects and accelerate the growth of our capabilities (L&D, Assets, Onshore / offshore, continuous pursuit of innovations )
- Managing the execution of operating model changes as part of a clients transformation programme
- Exceptional expertise shaping New operating models accross multiple industry sectors, incorporating Data and GenAI models into organisations
- Strong familiarity with the sector's vendor landscape, with leading certifications (e.g. TOGAF, key vendors, agile methodologies e.g. SAFe) and eagerness to pursue them.
- Proven leadership in shaping and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver enterprise level solutions
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills – navigating from C-suite to operational teams
