Job Title: IT Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and contract management for IT and IS services across UK and Germany
• Deliver cost savings, value, and risk mitigation through effective procurement strategies
• Manage full contract lifecycle: tendering, negotiation, execution, and renewals
• Build strong supplier relationships and ensure performance aligns with business goals
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, data, infrastructure, and commercial functions
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk, and governance frameworks
• Support strategic IT projects and transformation initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in IT/IS procurement
• Strong understanding of licensing models (SaaS, cloud, subscription)
• Skilled in supplier negotiation and contract delivery
• Confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Degree-educated or equivalent experience

Location: Luton– hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary: £75,000 + 30% bonus + private family healthcare
