IT Project Manager

About the role:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain momentum and quality
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement
• Oversee project financials including forecasting, profitability, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for additional value through project variations and follow-on work
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear roles and responsibilities
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and resource planning
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in project or programme management within IT environments
• Proven track record delivering complex projects using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and bids
• Formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with infrastructure, security, cloud, or digital transformation programmes is a plus
