About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Advocate to champion our PC, desktop, and workstation solutions across both direct and channel IT sales teams. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, enabling sales success, and fostering product advocacy through technical expertise and energetic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement & Training
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to internal and partner sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials tailored to various audiences.
- Deal Support & Opportunity Detection
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Provide technical insights and strategic guidance to help close deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor during customer engagements, supporting pre-sales activities.
- Brand Advocacy & Visibility
- Represent the brand at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements.
- Drive awareness and excitement around our product portfolio through compelling storytelling and technical demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to amplify brand presence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering to stay current on product updates and market trends.
- Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in IT sales or product advocacy within the IT hardware space (PCs, desktops, workstations).
- Strong understanding of IT sales cycles, both direct and channel.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Energetic and engaging personality with a passion for technology and customer success.
- Ability to travel as needed to support sales teams and attend events.
