Job Description
Our IT colleagues are vital to the smooth running and maintenance of the systems that enable The Guinness Partnership to successfully deliver services to our customers and to empower our colleagues to work smarter and more effectively.
About The Role
We have a new opportunity for an IT Service Assurance Analyst to join our Oldham office on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Service Design & Assurance Manager, you will ensure all IT changes, releases and new or changed services are transitioned successfully into production. You will work with stakeholders to successfully onboard all new and changed solutions delivered into the production environment and review and coordinate IT Change requests ensuring compliance against the defined ITIL process.
What We’re Looking For
We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only have vast understanding of ITIL processes, but you’ll also have experience of IT Disaster Recovery principles. You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in an ITIL Service Assurance or Service Transition role.
- Proven experience of ITIL Change Control and Release co-ordination.
- Experience of IT Disaster Recovery principles.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Experience of working in an ITIL compliant environment.
