IT Service Assurance Lead

Cambridge (2-3 days remote)

£550 - £650 / day (Inside IR35)

We’re working with a world-leading technology business who are looking for a Service Assurance Lead to join their ITSM function. It’s all about shaping how IT services are delivered, assuring new solutions before they go live, and making sure the business can keep moving at pace without compromise.

You’ll be the one who sets the standard for service transition, gives delivery teams the frameworks they need to succeed, and keeps the whole process running smoothly.

What are we looking for?

• Deep ITSM knowledge (10+ years’ experience) and can lead IT service assurance, service design, and transition.
• Understands large, complex IT transformations (not just support tickets, but enterprise-wide change).
• You’ve led governance processes in a large organisation.
• Is skilled in governance, process ownership, metrics, and continual improvement (so they’re not just running processes but making them better).

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the service assurance process end-to-end from design through to governance
• Running the weekly Service Assurance Board and acting as the go-to for guidance
• Tracking and improving performance spotting where things can run faster, slicker, better
• Being the mentor in the room when it comes to best practice ITSM and early life support
