IT Support Administrator

Pepper Advantage is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK and we are currently looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our team in our Uxbridge (UB8 1QQ) office.

You will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of Windows desktop and laptops, user support, and general infrastructure maintenance. The role reports to the Infrastructure Manager and supports hardware and software across the business using the Jira service desk application.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of at least 3 days per week office attendance following a period of office base training.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide user desktop support, including laptop configuration, imaging, troubleshooting and software installations to all Pepper UK and PGS employees.
• Manage Windows Active Directory, O365 (Azure VDI), and Microsoft Windows 11 administration, ensuring effective user management.
• Configure and maintain printers, copiers, telephony/softphone systems, and software installations.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity and anti-virus issues (Sophos), with a strong focus on security.
• Conduct general maintenance of user requirements, offer remote assistance to remote users, and communicate effectively at all levels, handling general maintenance and any reasonable duties requested by management.

Essential skills:

• 3+ years of experience as IT Support administrator or similar;
• PC/Laptop hardware configuration and troubleshooting experience;
• Solid experience of Jira, Windows Active Directory, O365 (Azure VDI), Microsoft Windows 11 and Sophos;
• Strong English skills (written and verbal);
• Team player attitude, detail orientated and adaptive to a fast-paced environment.
