What is the role?
Wealth Dynamix are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the IT Operations team, to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across the business. Having knowledge and 1-2 years’ experience in Microsoft Windows and Office 365, the chosen candidate will be the first point of contact for all internal IT requests, own the new joiner and leavers procedures, onboarding user accounts and building laptops, and assist the rest of the team with the maintenance of internal infrastructure and systems. The successful candidate will have a proactive manner and the confidence to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 desktop and application support to the business
- Responsible for user onboarding and offboarding
- Procuring and building new laptops
- Maintaining Asset and Warranty Database
- Assist the IT Operations team with maintenance and upgrades
- Maintain and update documents and user guides
- Administrate applications and services internal to the business (eg. JIRA/Office 365)
- Administration of user and device compliance using Microsoft InTune
- Passionate about technology and an appetite for learning new skills
- Takes ownership of their work and has exceptional attention to detail
- Good people skills with focus on customer service
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Uphold security best practices to protect systems, data, and people.

Who is best suited to this role?
- Experience using and administering Entra ID / Office 365 (Azure AD)
- Experience administering other SaaS products or tools
- Windows OS and Desktop knowledge
- Windows Applications (eg. MS Office)
- Experience working with support ticketing systems, working within established SLAs
- Knowledge of email and communication systems e.g. MS Exchange, Teams
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies
- File transfer protocols and other methods
- Good understanding of data security and vulnerabilities in the cloud.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong track record of learning new tools and technologies
- Experience working with other software vendors and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
- Experience with Windows Server technologies
- PowerShell or scripting
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (eg. Azure)
