Role Overview
Reporting to the Life Science IT Director, this is a diverse and challenging role. This is a hands-on role involving all aspects of the companies IT systems, which will be full time on site. You will play a key role in handling technical requests and resolving incidents on site to ensure optimum continuity of production.

- Ability to identify and implement systems and process improvement
- The flexibility to perform other activities, which from time to time become necessary
- A willingness to work additional hours or outside hours as required
- Ability to follow procedures and to adopt new methods as and when required.
Level Of Knowledge & Qualifications
- Level 2 Certificate in ICT Systems Support – or similar.
- Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence – or similar.
- ERP System Support knowledge/Qualification
Experience
- Proven experience in on-site IT support, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Solid skills in Windows environment, office automation and networks.
- 3 Years + in a similar role
- ERP system support experience
Skills & Competencies
- Be able to adapt to a changing challenging environment with changing deliverables
- Excellent organsational skills with the ability to quickly re-prioritise workload due to shifting requirements
- Ability to “play to win”, anticipate/find and close out problems
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) will be essential to undertake the role
- Flexible and self-motivated attitude towards work
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Personal qualities: autonomy, sense of service, rigor, and ability to work under pressure.
