With offices in London and Australia, we continue to grow and expand our team. We work in a flexible hybrid model with team members usually in the office 3 days per week after their training period. 

Due to our continued growth, we’re now searching for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team based in Twickenham. 


The Role

This role will see you providing local desktop support for the UK team and basic application support for CS, and assisting the Australia-based IT Operations team where needed for doing information security tasks (escalating where needed). 

The team at TPH is a smaller team with a range of projects and priorities so, we’re looking for someone with a pragmatic approach and demonstrated skills in resourceful problem solving with a sense of urgency. We expect this role will see you: 


  • Offer local support to UK employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and assisting with IT-related queries. 
  • Provide infrastructure maintenance tasks under direction from the AU Operations team such as patching and updating servers.
  • Collaborate with the AU Operations team to streamline processes ensuring efficient operation across regions. 
  • Implement strategies to minimise out-of-hours SOS calls between the AU and UK offices, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution. 
  • Assist with Information Security tickets (such as server patching, backups, restores, failover testing, etc), completing the tasks quickly and efficiently, where possible, and escalating where appropriate to your colleagues in DevOps and GRC. 


To be effective, we believe you will need: 


  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a technical support role, resolving desktop and server related issues, and an interest in developing your information security and cloud infrastructure skills. 
  • Demonstrated skills across a variety of IT systems, infrastructure and network technologies. 
  • Excellent problem solving skills and effective troubleshooting. 
  • Genuinely effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience of dealing with team members at all levels of the business. 
  • Good understanding of Service Desk Operations 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional off-hours support as needed 
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune would be well regarded
  • Any experience with any of the following AWS systems would be a bonus but are not essential: S3, EC2, Route53, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field would be beneficial.
