Job Title: Janitor/Groundskeeper Location: Dunblane Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Fully on-site

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (one day per week until 4:00 PM)

Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Janitor/Groundskeeper to join our team based in Dunblane. This is a hands-on, varied role that involves maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities: General janitorial duties, including cleaning, waste disposal, and restocking supplies

Daily inspection and maintenance of the building and facilities

Groundskeeping tasks such as litter picking, light landscaping, and seasonal outdoor maintenance

Basic repairs and DIY tasks

Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors

Supporting with room setups and minor logistical tasks as required

Requirements: Previous experience in a similar janitorial or groundskeeping role preferred

Good practical skills with a proactive and can-do attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong awareness of health and safety practices

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
