Job Description
- Review and assessment of contracts and legal documents
- Legal support for internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, and HR
- Drafting, revising, and managing contracts
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal regulations
- Organization and management of legal documentation
Qualifications
- Legal knowledge and practical experience sufficient to understand and review contracts
- Work experience within Europe
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess legal risks
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Business level or higher
- Legal qualification holders or candidates with paralegal experience are welcome
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a team player
