Position: Manager or Senior Consultant
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid Work Model)
Location: Central London (UK residency and work permit preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PM, PMO, BA, or Product Manager services to Japanese financial institutions
- Build and expand client relationships and propose new initiatives
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Operate independently and communicate proactively with clients
Essential Experience:
- 6–10 years of consulting experience in global banking
- Expertise in corporate banking or capital markets
- Proven track record in IT and operational transformation projects
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (documentation, presentations, meetings)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP
- Knowledge of SWIFT messages, IFRS, GAAP
- Experience in agile development, cloud, and cybersecurity
