Position: Manager /Senior Consultant

Location: Central London (UK residency and work permit preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PM, PMO, BA, or Product Manager services to Japanese financial institutions
• Build and expand client relationships and propose new initiatives
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Operate independently and communicate proactively with clients
  
  
  
  

Essential Experience:

• 6–10 years of consulting experience in global banking
• Expertise in corporate banking or capital markets
• Proven track record in IT and operational transformation projects
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (documentation, presentations, meetings)
  
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP
• Knowledge of SWIFT messages, IFRS, GAAP
