Role: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Glasgow, UK – Onsite (5 days a week in office)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The role involves working across backend and frontend technologies, building robust APIs, and contributing to system architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and contribute to engineering best practices and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Angular/ReactJS.
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs and services.
Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure implementation aligns with design standards.
Analyze large datasets to improve system performance and application quality.

Identify technical issues and optimize system architecture and code quality.

Collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to best practices and innovation.

Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.

Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
