We’re Hiring: Full Stack Engineer – Core Payments Backend (Immediate Joiner)

What You’ll Do:

Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and epics with high quality (security, reliability, and operations) to production.
Provide guidance to Associate and Senior Associate Engineers, supporting their growth and technical contributions.
Achieve team commitments and influence others by using strong leadership and communication skills.
Oversee design decisions and guide the team to achieve key results for assigned products.
Remediate issues using engineering principles and proactively design solutions for potential failures.
Contribute to and potentially lead client technology communities.
Work in Agile methodology with 2-week sprints, writing automated test scripts to ensure full coverage.

What You Bring:

Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate.
Hands-on experience with Linux, VMware, Openshift, AWS.
Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions, Chef, Ansible, Nexus).
Proficiency in testing database technologies (Postgres or similar).
Knowledge of full end-to-end quality toolsets (JUnit, Cucumber, JMeter or similar).
Experience with caching technology.
Expertise in Kafka or similar streaming technology.
Ability to independently innovate, solve complex problems, and advocate best practices.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in the payments domain.
Familiarity with microservices-based architectures.
Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS/Angular).
