Your Role And Responsibilities
Carry out early Environment Release Planning for regular Oracle Patch Updates.
Take on the responsibility for managing the Environment refresh clone scheduling process.
Help to drive improved quality throughout the team through creation of Quality processes for Incident Management tickets and operational documentation.
Accurately track, triage and report on environmental issues for Dev and Test.
Provide support to the Technical Design Authority joint meeting with the Client ensuring decisions regarding new technical work is accurately captured and documented.
Candidate must be able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative.
