Multi-Skilled Joiner Jobs in Nottingham – Join Our Repairs & Maintenance Team
Are you a qualified Joiner in Nottingham or the East Midlands looking for a rewarding career in property maintenance? We’re hiring Multi-skilled Joiners to join our in-house repairs and maintenance team, supporting our mission of More Homes, Great Services, Better Lives.
About The Role
Our in-house maintenance teams based in Nottingham provide a wide variety of services including repairs, responsive maintenance, adaptations, bespoke building refurbishments, gas & electrical services, painting and void management.
As a Multi-skilled Joiner, You’ll Carry Out
As a multi skilled joiner you should also have experience of basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering.
There are currently positions available working in our general housing stock and positions working specifically with our more vulnerable customers who have additional care and support needs

- Kitchen and flooring repairs
- Glazing and fencing
As a multi skilled joiner you should also have experience of basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced joiners who:
- Hold relevant trade qualifications
- Are flexible and customer-focused
- Align with our CLEAR values
- Are open to ongoing training to enhance technical and customer service skills
- Full-time hours: 37 per week (Mon–Thu: 8am–4:30pm, Fri: 8am–3:30pm), with an hour for lunch except on a Friday.
