Your Role And Responsibilities

If you're looking for your first job and want to learn firsthand how the job market works, the IBM Young Apprentice Program is your starting point! Here, you'll have the chance to develop skills, gain experience, and grow professionally in an environment that values learning and inclusion.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Be between 17 and 21 years old. (There is no upper age limit for people with disabilities.)
  • Be enrolled in the final year of high school in a public school or receive a full scholarship at a private school. Those who have already completed high school under these conditions are also eligible to participate.
  • Not currently pursuing higher education.
  • Have a low family income, as the program is social in nature and seeks to promote the inclusion of young people in the job market.
  • Have never participated as a Young Apprentice at another company.
  • Be available to work from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are still in high school, you must be enrolled in the evening shift.
